Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Dr. Andrew Chang earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from NYU’s prestigious 7-year B.A./D.D.S. program. As one of only seven Honors Aesthetic Dentistry students under Dr. Calamia (a pioneer of modern veneers), he received NYU’s Esthetic Dentistry Award and was inducted into the OKU Dental Honors Society (top 8% of graduates). An active member of the AACD, AGD, and ADA, Dr. Chang is also fluent in English & Korean.
Dr. Chang has extensive experience serving the Bronx community, having completed a rigorous, surgery-focused residency at St. Barnabas Hospital. This included complex wisdom tooth extractions, dental implants, root canals, and soft tissue grafts. He remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of dental innovation and is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care to every patient he serves.

Most recently, Dr. Chang worked at a private practice in Brooklyn, gaining recognition in cosmetic work and surgery. During this time, he also completed advanced education at the Dawson Academy, specializing in holistic dentistry for overall health (i.e., for sleeping, breathing, and jaw pain issues). Dr. Chang is Invisalign-certified and integrates orthodontics for long-term oral health.
